Jack Dorsey is back as CEO of Twitter and since he's done this before, you shouldn't expect him to be unprepared. Dorsey came back to the executive suite with his homework already done. Twitter, cheering its new chief, has timed at least two of its biggest new product releases to coincide with Dorsey's appointment this week. At least one got started under the previous CEO, Dick Costolo, but has been marinating in the new Twitter under Dorsey. First up: Moments, a new effort to make Twitter a coherent media platform that users can go to for coverage of live events and trending topics.
